On my birthday every year, my mom calls me-around noon usually, and says, " This was it, 30...(er something) years ago, you arrived! Right at lunchtime! It was the happiest day ever!". My grandmother usually calls too- she recounts her favorite story from that day-the day she forgot her own telephone number because she was so excited that I finally arrived (I was 8 days late). She went to call my grandad-but in her elation, she couldn't remember her home telephone number. I can hear, even after ... View the Post
We love you back.
First of all, I was overwhelmed with both personal and public responses to my last post-thank you so much for your comments. I debated on whether to post about this struggle that is so personal. So, this blog will be a learning process-both with it's content and it's look and feel. Take a look around, hopefully as time goes by it will get better looking. I also have no idea how often I'll post-we'll just see how it goes! And I'll try not to post ... View the Post
