He’s 3. Fiestier than ever. Love is too soft a word to describe his obsession with all things animals. When he wants something, he saddles up next to you, looks up with his baby blue eyes and says, “You want just a wittle bit of ice cream?”. Or, “You can watch one more Mickey Mouse. Can’t you?” You means he.
He eats anything. ANYTHING. Olives, no problem. Salt and Vinegar chips, yep. He calls them sour chips. Blueberries, waffles, strawberries, pinto beans and wheat thins are some of his faves. But to get on his good side all you need to do is offer him something sweet. His eyes will start dancing. Chocolate beans (you know those colorful little things with a little “m” on them) are his most requested treat.
He loves books and lets you know when you miss a page. He quotes them word for word when he thinks you aren’t paying attention. Puzzles, The Lion King, swinging and sliding are at the top of the list too. At night when it’s time for sleep, he wants you to sit with him under the cuddles and talk about animals. “Wet’s talk about…buffalos. Wet’s talk about orangutans. Wet’s talk about lemurs.”
He’s independent. He’s curious. “No.” comes out of his mouth 45 times a day. He’s three.

So handsome! And I LOVE all the birthday party stuff. I didn’t realize our boys are so close in age! My 25 week twins will be 3 in May. They also love the word “No” and Mn’s. 😉
